Benchmarking evidence is kept for at least three years (or since first benchmarking if shorter): the approved method, all source data, each year's Activity Measure and support for every core, sector and optional indicator. Underperformance shown by the results is entered in the Risk Assessment and corrected through the long-term sustainability and energy approach, and the records are reviewed regularly for accuracy and consistency with the Policy, Statement and plans.
