Where the consumer has given a current authorisation, the data holder may disclose authorised voluntary consumer data and must, subject to rules 4.6A and 4.7, disclose the authorised required consumer data to the requester, in each case through its accredited person request service and in accordance with the data standards (civil penalty), with no fee for required consumer data. Joint account data is disclosable only as Part 4A allows.
