What does 6.3 require?

Where the provider collects users' input to use for training, it must give users a way to turn that use off, such as an option or a voice command, and the way must be convenient: with an option, no more than four clicks from the main service interface; and it must prominently tell users that their input is being collected for training and how to turn it off.
