Cefic Responsible Care Management Framework
Chapter 3.2.2: Safeguarding people and the environment (key management processes) – Cefic Responsible Care Management Framework

Cefic Responsible Care Management Framework 3.2.2-d: Process safety audits and inspections (maturity example, question 2.14)

What does 3.2.2-d require?

The organisation audits and inspects process safety. At Level 1 an audit programme exists that includes process safety installations and documentation; at Level 2 criteria, a system and a periodicity are set, management review takes in the audit results per department and indicators verify that the system works; at Level 3 corrections from audits are prioritised and results shape future objectives; at Level 4 all process safety documentation is also reviewed regularly so that every change is considered and evaluated.
