Cefic Responsible Care Management Framework
Chapter 3.2.1: A corporate leadership culture (building blocks) – Cefic Responsible Care Management Framework

Cefic Responsible Care Management Framework 3.2.1-a: Scope and commitment

What does 3.2.1-a require?

Leadership culture is treated as the final control that prevents accidents and drives improvement, so the board must supply dedicated leadership and resources and set the vision and culture, backed by management processes and awareness across the organisation. The first building block is scope and commitment: the organisation demonstrates its commitment to Responsible Care and manages the relevant risks and opportunities.
