Chapter Two, Section III: resilience (Articles 32 to 34) – Bulgaria Ordinance on Minimum Requirements for Network and Information Security (2019)

Bulgaria Ordinance on Minimum Requirements for Network and Information Security (2019) 33: Provide redundancy proportionate to risk to sustain in-scope services: backup systems, backup devices, load balancing of critical devices or systems, and backup data centres

What does 33 require?

The entity takes measures proportionate to its risks to maintain the level of the services and activities within the ordinance's scope, including redundant systems, redundant devices, load balancing across critical devices or systems, and backup data centres. The choice and depth of redundancy follow from the risk assessment under Article 7 and the continuity requirements in Article 34.
