Bulgaria Ordinance on Minimum Requirements for Network and Information Security (2019)
Chapter Two, Section II: protection (Articles 13 to 31) – Bulgaria Ordinance on Minimum Requirements for Network and Information Security (2019)

Bulgaria Ordinance on Minimum Requirements for Network and Information Security (2019) 30(3)-(4): Maintain current response plans for the incidents with the gravest impact (incident lead, notifications, measures and owners, consultation, monitoring during the incident, evidence collection) and a communication strategy for staff, partners, suppliers, clients, media and public authorities

What does 30(3)-(4) require?

The entity develops, reviews and keeps current plans for handling the incidents that would hit network and information security hardest. Each plan names the person who runs the response, the notification procedures, the measures to take and who takes them, consultation procedures, how parameters are monitored during the incident, and who collects and preserves the necessary information. Separately, a communication strategy sets out how information about an incident is shared with employees, partners, suppliers, clients, the media and public authorities.
