Chapter Two, Section II: protection (Articles 13 to 31) – Bulgaria Ordinance on Minimum Requirements for Network and Information Security (2019)

Bulgaria Ordinance on Minimum Requirements for Network and Information Security (2019) 28: Operate automated event detection on critical systems by analysing flows, protocols and files at key points, positioned to see all traffic between the entity's systems and third parties, and organise monitoring and response to its alerts through internal rules

What does 28 require?

The entity runs one or more systems that automatically detect events capable of affecting the security of its critical systems, inspecting the traffic, protocols and files that cross chosen sensor points. Those devices are positioned so that every flow exchanged between the entity's own systems and third-party systems is analysed. Internal rules or instructions organise how alerts from the detection systems are monitored and responded to.
