In the certification phase the applicant takes part in preparing the certification report where applicable, commenting on the draft, and responds to the formal hearing on the ancillary provisions of the notice, in particular its conditions and requirements, within the 14-day deadline. After the notice, certificate and certification report are delivered the applicant sends an acknowledgement of receipt and either an objection in writing against the decision within the one-month objection period, or a waiver of objection, which shortens the period before publication; the notice becomes final when the waiver deadline passes, after which the result and the certification report, audit summary included, are published. A negative decision is issued as a negative notice after a formal hearing.
