What does 4.9.2.2 require?

The site must avoid buying ingredients and packaging that are fastened with staples or packed with other foreign-body hazards. Staples, paper clips and drawing pins must not be used where product is open, and where staples or similar fastenings are present, precautions must keep the risk of contamination as low as possible.
