BRCGS Global Standard for Food Safety Issue 9 4.8.5: 4.8.5 Toilets segregated, not opening into production, with hand-washing and signage

Toilets must be suitably segregated and must not open straight into production or packing areas. They need basins, soap, water at a suitable temperature, drying facilities and signs. Where hand-washing in the toilets is the only facility used before people go back into production, clause 4.8.4 applies in full and signs must tell people to wash their hands before entering.
