What does 4.16.1 require?

The site must develop and put into practice procedures that keep product safe and of the right quality while it is loaded and transported, covering where appropriate the temperature control of docks and vehicles, loading bays with cover, securing loads on pallets, and inspecting loads before they are dispatched.
