Bait stations and other devices for rodents must be positioned and kept in a way that avoids any contamination risk. Toxic baits must not be used in production or storage areas where product is open, except to treat an active infestation, and then they must be secured. Any bait station that goes missing must be recorded, reviewed and investigated.
