Every cleaning-in-place (CIP) system must be designed and built to work effectively. Its design and operation are validated; a current schematic of the system is kept; where rinse solutions are collected and used again, the risk of cross-contamination is assessed; any change is authorised by a competent person and recorded; and the system is revalidated at a frequency set on risk and after changes.
The graph holds this control, the 0 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
