The bank and banking group regularly publish, on a consolidated and where appropriate solo basis, easily accessible information that fairly reflects their financial condition, performance, risk exposures, risk management strategies and governance policies and processes, including compensation, meeting standards of comparability, relevance, reliability and timeliness (the requirement may sit in accounting, listing or similar rules). Disclosures include qualitative and quantitative information on financial performance and position, risk management strategies and practices, risk exposures (including during the reporting period), aggregate related party exposures and transactions, accounting policies, business model, management, governance (including major ownership and voting rights) and compensation, with detail proportionate to risk profile and systemic importance and, for internationally active banks, no less than the Basel Pillar 3 standards. The bank discloses all material entities in the group structure.
This control maps to 2 controls across 1 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 2 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
