The provider must have and apply a documented critical incident policy and process for incidents that could affect a student's ability to study, keeping a written record of each incident and the action taken for at least 2 years after the student stops being accepted. It must take all reasonable steps to provide a safe campus and advise students on personal security, tell students how to get help and report incidents that significantly affect wellbeing, and provide or refer them to safety and awareness information relevant to life in Australia.
