The provider must offer reasonable support to help students achieve expected learning outcomes whatever the place or mode of study, at no additional cost, and facilitate learning support suited to the course and cohorts including documented processes for keeping in contact with students in online or distance units. It must designate official contact staff with current service details, have enough support personnel, and make sure staff who deal directly with students understand ESOS obligations and the consequences of exercising them for students.
