The written agreement must state, consistently with the Act, which amounts may or may not be repaid (including fees collected by agents), how to claim a refund, who other than the student may receive a refund, a plain English explanation of what happens if the course is not delivered and the role of the TPS, and the statement that the agreement and complaint rights do not affect the student's rights under Australian Consumer Law.
