The provider must enter a written agreement signed or accepted by the student (and by a parent or guardian for a student under 18) at or before accepting any tuition or non-tuition fee. In plain English it must set out the course, start date, locations and modes, prerequisites, conditions, all tuition fees and periods and payment options, non-tuition fees, circumstances for disclosing personal information, the internal and external complaints processes, and the student's responsibility to keep a copy and receipts, with links used only for supplementary material.
