An application to be an approved authority must specify each school, each location and the level of education at each location, be in any approved form, and answer any written request for further information within the period given (at least 28 days) or it is taken to be withdrawn. Approval requires the Minister to be satisfied that the basic, ongoing policy and ongoing funding requirements are and will be met; an approval may carry conditions, and the approved authority must comply with them.
