When a collecting society gives written notice of a review (on a day at least 7 days later, during ordinary working hours), an authorised person may enter the institution's premises to review compliance with the remuneration notice, agreements and determinations. The body administering the institution must provide all reasonable and necessary facilities and assistance and comply with any Tribunal determination about entry, and commits an offence for non-compliance.
