Any person at a workplace, whether or not he or she has another duty (visitors, customers, delivery drivers), takes reasonable care for his or her own health and safety, takes reasonable care that his or her acts or omissions do not adversely affect others, and complies so far as reasonably able with any reasonable instruction the PCBU gives to allow it to comply with the Act.
