While at work a worker takes reasonable care for his or her own health and safety; takes reasonable care that his or her acts or omissions do not adversely affect the health and safety of others; complies, so far as reasonably able, with any reasonable instruction the PCBU gives to allow it to comply with the Act; and co-operates with any reasonable WHS policy or procedure of the PCBU that has been notified to workers. The PCBU's side of this duty is to notify the policies and give the instructions in a way workers can follow.
