A person does not, without reasonable excuse, refuse or unduly delay the entry of a WHS entry permit holder entitled to enter under Part 7, and does not intentionally and unreasonably hinder or obstruct the permit holder in entering or exercising rights at the workplace. Reasonable site safety requirements may still be applied (s 128).
