A relevant PCBU does not, without reasonable excuse, refuse or fail to comply with a WHS entry permit holder's requirement, made while inquiring into a suspected contravention, to inspect and copy documents directly relevant to the suspected contravention that are kept at the workplace or accessible from a computer kept there, unless doing so would contravene a Commonwealth or State law. Personal information obtained is regulated by the Privacy Act 1988.
