The course does not duplicate, by title or by coverage, the outcomes of an endorsed Training Package qualification or skill set or of another accredited course. Because the course must keep meeting the Standards (Act s 47A), a Training Package product endorsed later that covers the same outcomes exposes the accreditation to cancellation under s 52 of the Act.
