Patients need the practical facts about a practice before and while they use it. The practice makes current information available, in print or online or both, covering at least its address and telephone numbers, its consulting hours and what happens when care is needed outside those hours, the practitioners who work there, the practice's billing principles, how patients can contact the practice and give feedback or raise a complaint, and how personal health information is managed. The information is kept accurate when things change.
The graph holds this control, the 0 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
