Australia Poisons Standard (SUSMP) s55: Never dispose of Schedule 5, 6 or 7 poisons in a place or manner that risks public health or safety

What does s55 require?

Schedule 5, 6 and 7 poisons must not be disposed of anywhere or in any way that does or is likely to endanger public health or safety; disposal of Schedule 2, 3, 4 and 8 medicines is governed by State and Territory law.
