Every employee the award covers must be able to see a copy of the award and of the NES. The employer meets this by placing both on a notice board placed conveniently at or close to the workplace, or by giving access through electronic means the employees can actually use. Because much plumbing and sprinkler work happens on sites away from the employer's premises, the access method must reach site crews as well as workshop staff.
