What does C3 require?

Dealings suitable for a PC1 facility, where conditions (a) to (c) of C2 are met, may follow either these behavioural requirements or the OGTR's PC1 facility certification guidelines. The note gives as ways to prevent cross-contamination keeping the work physically apart, or working at different times and decontaminating any contaminated surfaces before moving to a different organism.
