Australia OGTR Guidelines for Certification of a PC2 Plant Facility (Version 3.2) C20: Hand decontamination on leaving

What does C20 require?

Anyone who has been doing procedures with GM micro-organisms, GM pollen or GM seeds there must decontaminate their hands before they leave the facility. The note says soap and water may do where appropriate; basins with hand-operated taps are unacceptable as a ready source of contamination, and soap and other decontaminants should come from hands-free dispensers.
