What does B28 require?

Where the facility's water supply does not meet the AS/NZS 2243.3 backflow provisions and no assessment has ever been done, one must be carried out to decide whether backflow prevention is needed, taking into account the GMOs currently handled there. This sits under the Part B heading for dealings with GM micro-organisms, so it applies in addition to the other conditions when any dealing in the facility involves them.
