Australia OGTR Guidelines for Certification of a PC2 Plant Facility (Version 3.2) B19: Lifting a suspension

What does B19 require?

A suspension can be lifted only after an inspection of the facility by someone whose training, qualifications or experience, or a mix of these, has given them the knowledge and skills to judge compliance with the General conditions and the Facility and fittings conditions, to confirm that it satisfies the conditions of certification. Dealings must not restart until the Regulator lifts the suspension by written notice, and any GMOs stored in the suspended facility must be kept as the Regulator's GMO transport, storage and disposal guidelines require.
