Where any dealing in the facility outside an LWTS or closed system will generate aerosols that carry Risk Group 2 GM microorganisms, a biological safety cabinet of Class I or II, installed as AS/NZS 2252.4 requires, must be present, or else other equipment designed to contain aerosols that the Regulator has specifically approved in writing.
