What does C6 require?

Dealings with GM micro-organisms that give off aerosols carrying Risk Group 2 GM micro-organisms must be done inside a biological safety cabinet or other aerosol containment equipment the Regulator has approved in writing. Centrifuging or vortexing in sealed tubes may be done outside the cabinet so long as the tubes are opened only inside it.
