Australia OGTR Guidelines for Certification of a PC2 Laboratory (Version 3.2) C16: Hand decontamination on leaving

What does C16 require?

Anyone who has worked with GM micro-organisms, or whose hands have touched GMOs that could survive on skin after leaving, must decontaminate their hands before they go. Soap and water may be enough; basins with hand-turned taps are unacceptable and dispensers should be hands-free.
