What does C25 require?

If GMOs escape, are unintentionally released, spill, leak or are lost outside the facility, (a) efforts to find or recover them and return them to containment or make them non-viable must start as soon as reasonably practicable, and (b) the Regulator must be told about the incident as soon as practicable.
