Australia NDIS Restrictive Practices and Behaviour Support Rules 2018 s23: s 23 Prepare plans in the Commissioner's approved form

Any behaviour support plan containing a regulated restrictive practice, prepared by or for the specialist behaviour support provider, must be in the form the Commissioner approves and include the information and documents the Commissioner requires.
