Australia NDIS Restrictive Practices and Behaviour Support Rules 2018 s19: s 19 Develop interim plans within 1 month and comprehensive plans within 6 months

When engaged to develop a plan because a regulated restrictive practice has been used, the specialist behaviour support provider must develop an interim behaviour support plan providing for the practice within 1 month after being engaged, and a comprehensive behaviour support plan within 6 months after being engaged.
