Australia National Vocational Education and Training Regulator Act 2011 s56-61A: ss 56(2) and 61A Cancel qualifications and notify holders when ASQA directs

When ASQA gives an NVR registered training organisation a written direction to cancel a VET qualification or statement of attainment and notify the holder in writing within a specified period, the organisation does both within that period, even if its scope no longer covers the qualification (s 56(3)); failing to comply is a civil penalty contravention of 100 penalty units (s 61A) and lets ASQA cancel directly.
