Australia National Vocational Education and Training Regulator Act 2011 s50: s 50 Apply to renew course accreditation at least 90 days before it expires

A course owner that wants the accreditation to continue applies for renewal at least 90 days before the accreditation expires, or within a shorter period ASQA allows, with the fee; a timely application keeps the accreditation in force until decided, and a renewal is for up to 5 years.
