Australia National Vocational Education and Training Regulator Act 2011 s47: ss 47 to 47C and 130 Course owner: keep the accredited course meeting the Standards, the AQF, directions and conditions

The person in respect of whom a VET accredited course is accredited ensures the course meets the Standards for VET Accredited Courses (s 47A) and the AQF (s 47B), complies with ASQA general directions on how accredited courses are to meet those Standards and the AQF (s 47C), and complies with any condition ASQA imposes on the accreditation (ss 47 and 48); breach of an imposed condition is a civil penalty contravention of 600 penalty units (s 130).
