Systems must manage risk and enable effective management and operation of a quality, child safe service. The Guide links s 21 (reassessment of fitness and propriety), s 51(2), ss 56 and 56A (nominated supervisors), ss 161 to 162B, Regulation 180 (evidence of prescribed insurance) and the records, policies and notifications requirements.
