Australia National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 (Cth) s158LB: s 158LB Mortgage brokers: prioritise the consumer's interests when there is a conflict

If the licensee knows, or reasonably ought to know, of a conflict between the consumer's interests and those of the licensee, its representative or their associates, it must give priority to the consumer's interests when giving the credit assistance (s 158LF for representatives).
