Australia Model Work Health and Safety Regulations r593-596: rr 593, 594, 596 and 607 Return licence documents when required, replace if lost, and apply to renew at least 6 months before expiry

The operator returns the licence document for amendment when the regulator asks in writing, and in accordance with a suspension or cancellation notice; notifies the regulator in writing if it is lost, stolen or destroyed and may seek a replacement; and applies to renew in the required form with the fee and a copy of the safety case as revised under r 570 not less than 6 months before the licence expires.
