Australia Model Work Health and Safety Regulations r587-588: rr 587 and 588 Keep the MHF licence available and notify changes within 14 days

The operator of a licensed major hazard facility keeps the licence document available for inspection (unless returned for amendment or a replacement is pending) and gives the regulator written notice within 14 days of becoming aware of any change to any material particular in information given about the licence, for example a change in the quantity of hazardous chemicals present or likely to be present.
