Australia Model Work Health and Safety Regulations r533-536: rr 533, 536 and 538 Operators notify the regulator within 3 months when Schedule 15 chemicals exceed 10% of threshold

The operator of a facility where Schedule 15 chemicals present or likely to be present exceed 10% of their threshold quantity notifies the regulator as soon as practicable and within 3 months of becoming aware (or ought to have become aware), or within a longer period the regulator allows for reasonable excuse, in the required form with the fee, including facility and operations information, operator identity, declarations of prior WHS convictions, enforceable undertakings, MHF licence refusals, conditions, suspensions, cancellations and disqualifications (for a body corporate, for it and each officer), the Schedule 15 chemicals and a contact person; where several persons are operators, the one selected notifies its nomination.
