Australia Model Work Health and Safety Regulations r420: r 420 Eliminate or minimise exposure to airborne asbestos and never exceed the exposure standard

A PCBU ensures that exposure of any person at the workplace to airborne asbestos is eliminated so far as reasonably practicable, or otherwise minimised so far as reasonably practicable, and that the exposure standard for asbestos is not exceeded (except inside an enclosed, negative-pressure friable removal area under r 477).
