Australia Model Work Health and Safety Regulations r309: r 309 Prepare a written WHS management plan before project work starts

The principal contractor prepares a written WHS management plan for the workplace before work on the project starts, including the names, positions and WHS responsibilities of people with specific safety roles, the arrangements between PCBUs for consultation, co-operation and co-ordination, the arrangements for managing WHS incidents, site-specific safety rules and how everyone is informed of them, and the arrangements for collecting, assessing, monitoring and reviewing safe work method statements.
