ASIC administers the Act (s 11A). When ASIC gives an insurer written notice, the insurer gives ASIC within 30 days (or any longer period in the notice) copies of the documents specified about cover it provides or proposes to provide (s 11C), and the particulars of its organisational structure and administrative arrangements, statistics on the nature and volume of its business, and its training guides, work manuals and similar instruction material that ASIC asks for (s 11D). Failing without reasonable excuse is an offence (150 penalty units). ASIC's examination does not imply the documents comply (s 11E), and ASIC may intervene in proceedings under the Act (s 11F).
This control maps to 1 controls across 1 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 1 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
